Differences in sales deliverables

Conduit offers a suite of different sales support options to help your agency land new clients and expand existing clients. A brief explanation, along with the differences in these items can be found below.

New Client Opportunities

New client opportunities are reserved for prospective clients that are not yet running any media with our agency.

Market Opportunity Assessments

Market Opportunity Assessments (MOA) are great when you just need to discover the opportunity in the market. These should only be used when you already know the strategy that should be utilized and the exact platform(s) the client would like to run their campaign in, but you are unsure what kind of opportunity there is in their market with the audience they're trying to reach. You can find more information about Market Opportunity Assessments here.

Strategic Recommendations

Strategic Recommendations are great for when you have a lot of information about the client and their goals, but need help with the actual strategy, what platforms to run on, creative recs, and budget for how to achieve those goals. You can find more information about Strategic Recommendations here.

Existing Client Opportunities

Existing client opportunities are for clients that are already running at least one channel with Conduit and are looking to either expand budget or expand into a new channel.

Land and Expand

Our Land and Expand option is great when your client has additional budget available but they are unsure how to use it. In this case, your AM and our analysts will discuss if the existing channels would benefit from additional budget or if a new platform should be introduced into the campaign. Land and Expand opportunities will include platform recommendations and budget distribution but do not include a strategy deliverable. These discussions are a courtesy with your partnership and are completed at no cost.
