Opportunity Snapshots
Opportunity Snapshots help you understand the size of a media opportunity and establish realistic investment levels before campaign planning begins.
Using the client's target market, audience, campaign goals, and selected advertising platforms, the Snapshot evaluates the opportunity available across each channel. It combines platform-specific audience and targeting data, expected media costs, industry-level performance benchmarks, and Conduit strategic insights to provide a clear picture of what the market can support.
Each Opportunity Snapshot can include:
By Channel:
Estimated audience size and market reach
Expected media costs and efficiency ranges
Good, Better, and Best investment levels based on the size of the opportunity by channel
Maximum monthly opportunity to identify when additional spend may begin to outpace the available audience
Recommended targeting including relevant keywords, interests, demographics, job titles, and/or geographic considerations
Channel-specific strategic recommendations explaining how each platform can contribute to the campaign
Opportunities to scale when expanding budget would require broader targeting, geography, audiences, or strategy
At the Holistic, Campaign Level:
Industry-level performance benchmarks to provide additional context for expected performance and how the channels work together for impact
When should I use an Opportunity Snapshot?
Opportunity Snapshots are best used during the early stages of a new business opportunity or campaign planning process when you understand the client's goals and target audience but need data to determine how large the opportunity actually is and what level of media investment makes sense.
They are especially valuable when you need to answer questions like:
How large is the addressable audience?
What should we expect media to cost in this market?
How does expected performance compare with industry benchmarks?
What is a reasonable starting investment?
What could a more aggressive investment look like?
How much budget can this market realistically absorb?
Which audiences and targeting approaches represent the strongest opportunity?
What would need to change if the client wants to invest beyond the current opportunity?
An Opportunity Snapshot is not a final media plan or campaign build, which is more connected to a Strategic Recommendation. Targeting and strategy are refined further during onboarding and campaign development. Instead, the Snapshot provides the market intelligence needed to confidently shape the initial strategy, investment conversation, and next steps.
