To run a Spotify campaign, Conduit requires access to the following:
A Spotify ad account complete with billing and payment info
Approved creatives (see recs here)
Note: If your client does not have an existing ad account, one can easily be created by following the steps below or by using Spotify's help center here. Make sure a payment method is also added to the platform using the steps found here.
Access Steps
Step 1: Create a Spotify ad account and add a payment method (if one does not exist already)
Step 2: Go to adstudio.spotify.com and login to the client’s account
Step 3: In the left-hand navigation bar, select Manage Ad Accounts
Step 4: Hover over the account name and select Add Member
Step 5: In the Spotify Username box, paste in the following string of text which is the admin@reporting.ninja user: 31xray2n4dmt72ebs4zxidvmms3q
Step 6: In the next box, choose Contributor as the permission level
Step 7: Click Add > click Confirm
Account Creation Steps (if needed)
Step 1. Go to https://ads.spotify.com/en-US/
Step 2. Click the "Start Now" button
Step 3. Click "Sign Up For Spotify."
Use your agency email address. You can share access to your client’s email later after account creation.
Step 4. Welcome to Ad Studio --> Enter your email & Save
Step 5. You'll be prompted with two choices, but select "Add Team"
Step 6. Enter in the name of your client's Business
Step 7. Business Type = Brand Advertiser
Step 8. Business Industry = whatever your client’s industry is OR choose Other
Step 9. In the next step, set up your client's billing information
Step 10. Finally, when you're on the home screen, hover over your client's Business Name and click "Add Member." This is where you'll give access to admin@reporting.ninja via this ID 31xray2n4dmt72ebs4zxidvmms3q
Step 11. Access Level = Contributor'
