Snapchat Access


To run a Snapchat campaign, Conduit requires access to the following: 

Note: Snapchat operates differently than other social ads platforms in that it does not have dedicated Partner abilities within its Business Manager/Center. For Snapchat, you will be adding our user directly to the desired Snap account we’ll be running ads for. If a Business Center is already created, feel free to skip to Step 3


Access Steps

Follow the steps below to provide access to the appropriate organization/ad account. In addition to the account, we will also need creatives (unless already in the ad account), Google Analytics (if tracking goals), and GTM (if tracking goals).

Step 1. If there is no existing ad account, first create a Snapchat Account/Login by clicking this link and the ‘Get Started’ button. You may also go directly to this link if that does not work.

Step 2. Click +New Organization to create a new Business Center and follow the steps. After creation, an ad account will automatically be created for you when created the Business Snapchat account from Step 1. 

Step 3. Go to the Business Dashboard homepage and navigate to the ‘Members’ section on the left-hand side. 

Step 4. Click ‘+ Invite Member’ (Name: Reporting Admin, Email: admin@reporting.ninja) and give them ‘Organization Admin’ access. Org. Admin is necessary so we may assign the rest of our team to this account. 

Step 5. Now, on the left-hand side, navigate to ‘Ad Accounts’ and select the appropriate account.

Step 6. Click ‘Members and Billing’ on the left

Step 7. Type in and select the Reporting Admin member you just invited and give them the  ‘Account Admin’ role. 

Step 8. Click ‘+ Add Member’.
