In addition to the APP, every account and campaign receives an analysis by platform by campaign, detailing the goal and KPA performance from the previous month. This is delivered in a bulleted format directed to your agency so we can be as clear and transparent as possible about campaign performance. Since our team is constantly testing to improve on the goals/KPAs laid out, these will also be included in the report/analysis.
Tiers
Conduit's deliverables are set to Premier and Non-Premier accounts, and each tier has slightly different levels of reporting.
Note: The report your agency receives will depend on the overall account spend of that client. These can be broken up into Premier accounts (spending over $10k/month) and Non-Premier accounts (spending less than $10k/month).
Non-Premier (<$20,000)
What Your Agency Gets: Non-Premier accounts receive a bulleted formatted TW message by platform, focusing on the following:
What did we test during the past month?
How did it perform?
What are we testing next?
Was there a trend shift in KPA? Yes, no, and why?
Timeline: Your agency can expect to receive this in TW from your Account Manager within the first four (4) business days of the month.
Premier ($20,000+)
What Your Agency Gets: Premier accounts receive the same bulleted formatted TW message as Non-Premiers, with the addition of a monthly call and more notes focusing on the agenda items provided by your team. These agenda items should be provided to our team no later than the 25th of the month. This allows our team enough time to prep our talking points to provide your team with the exact information you’re looking for.
Timeline: The call will happen within the first week of the month, not including the 1st business day of the month. On the call, we’ll go through the agenda provided by your team. A message recapping the call, along with our notes will be sent in TW by your Account Manager.
The agenda needs to be sent by your team by the 25th of the previous month.

Summary
The main difference for Premier accounts is that our team will get on the phone with your agency every month to discuss the performance of all the campaigns that fall under that Premier account. In addition to the baseline KPA performance given to all accounts, the agenda is completely dictated by your agency so we can ensure we’re hitting the most important items.
