Note that there are slight variations in the information required to submit an IO as well as the onboarding timelines depending on whether or not a Kickoff Call is needed, or if the channel/service chosen is Paid Media, Programmatic, or Organic Media.
Everything needed to get a campaign live
Below is a list of everything Conduit requires to get a campaign live. It is highly recommended to begin working on this before submitting the IO.
Creative assets (these can exist in the platform already or can be uploaded to TW)
Information needed to submit the Insertion Order
Before submitting an Insertion Order, here is the information, access, and assets you’ll need to have:
General Client Information
Client name
Client website
Client logo
Client’s top competitors
Note that the client website, logo, and competitors are not needed if this is an existing client running a new campaign.
Campaign Information
Flight dates
Target audience information: demographic and psychographic identifiers
Geo-Target: cannot be in the form of a map screenshot or ambiguous location names like Upstate New York
Primary and Secondary KPAs - i.e. key performance actions that correlate with the goal of the campaign
Quantifiable goal: i.e. how success will be objectively measured
Landing page
What channels will be running for this campaign
Budget per channel
Is the client interested in adding Call Tracking to their campaign for $79/month. If so, provide the phone number we’re redirecting to.
Package or Custom audit (Organic Media only)
If a Package is desired, we'll need to know exactly what tier
If a Custom Audit is desired, we'll need to know your agency's budget for the proposed deliverables
Keyword recommendations (SEO only)
Access and Assets
We require Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics access universally for all accounts. Aside from this, please visit the Access section in the Help Center to learn what channel specific access and assets you’ll need for the Insertion Order.
Account onboarding timeline
The following account onboarding timeline pictured is our most common timeline, which is a Paid Media or Programmatic campaign that includes a Kickoff Call. For a different account onboarding timeline, choose from the following that apply to your agency and you'll be linked to a deck that contains these timelines.
Note that for all accounts, day 0 begins on the day all assets are received.
Establishing goals
To run the most successful campaign for your clients, it is imperative we have a goal to aim for and mapped out KPAs to achieve this goal. If the goals are not clear when submitting the IO, it is necessary to get this information for the client so we can know how we are being measured. You can find out more about goals and KPAs here.
