To run a Custom Audio campaign, Conduit requires access to the following:

In addition to access to the above, we also need the following information so we may create a child ad account within our DSP on your behalf. Note that your Account Manager will reach out to schedule a call to acquire this information after submission of the IO.
First and last names and email addresses of people who should have access to the account
Financial contact’s first and last name, phone number, and email address
This person will receive all billing statements by email
