Our channels and services are separated into three categories: Paid Media, Programmatic, and Organic Media. All three have different billing structures, which can be found below.
Paid Media
Platforms Included: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, Custom Display, Custom Video, Custom OTT, Custom Audio.
With our Paid Media, you are billed on a management fee or flat rate (depending on the account tier) and the budget you request on the IO is exactly what will run in the platform. Want to run $5,000 of Meta ads? Submit that dollar amount on the IO and that’s what will go directly in the platform. $3,000 of Google Ads? Same exact deal. The budget from the order goes directly in the platform and the associated management fee is billed on top. In the case of the $5,000 Meta order, a $749.50 management fee (14.99%) will be charged for the $5,000 that is run in the platform.
Conduit will not be responsible for media spend for any Paid Media products and will only bill the management fee or flat rate for said spend.
Programmatic
Platforms Included: Programmatic Display, Programmatic Video, Programmatic OTT, Programmatic Audio, Email.
With Programmatic, you are billed on a CPM basis, with impressions as the main deliverable. When you go to submit an IO for a Programmatic solution, impressions (or sends for Email) are what you’ll be submitting and will be what the campaign paces towards. You will be billed based on a net CPM associated with that product. For example, let’s say you have a client that wants to run Programmatic OTT. You would sell them on a certain number of OTT impressions at whatever CPM you determine is best. In this scenario, say they want 200,000 impressions (or commercials). Your charge from us would be $4,998 (200,000 impressions at our $24.99 net CPM). When the campaign is started, the client will receive 200,000 OTT impressions.
Organic Media
Platforms Included: SEO & Social Content.
Our Organic products are billed on a flat rate associated with a determined set of deliverables. Once you know the associated deliverables, be it by submitting a custom order or by ordering one of our packages, we will bill for the cost of those deliverables and you’ll be able to mark up that cost to the client.
Putting it all together
Let's walk through an example below.
Your agency signs on to run $5,000 worth of TikTok ads, $2,000 worth of Google Ads, $3,500 worth of Spotify, and 100,000 Programmatic OTT impressions. They also would like a Tier 2 Social Content package.
Paid Media invoicing: $1,363.95 (based on projected $10,500 spend at 12.99% management fee)
Programmatic invoicing: $2,499 (based on 100k impressions, including the spend in the platform)
Social Content invoicing: $895 (cost of Tier 2 package)
Projected invoicing to your agency: $4,757.95 (not inclusive of Performance Dashboard or Retainer Fee)
