Account Onboarding Timeline


If you correctly submit all assets and access the day the IO is sent, the campaign can go live in as little as 5 business days.

The differences between new accounts, existing accounts, paid media, and content

The timelines for accounts that are already running and are transferring to be managed by Conduit, and brand new builds are identical. Paid media and content timelines are also extremely similar and can be found below.

Note: If you're a new agency and are onboarding multiple accounts at once, please consult your Agency Relationship Manager for a custom bulk onboarding process. 

Insertion Order submitted 

  • The entire process starts when the Insertion Order is submitted by your agency.  Conduit will then retrieve the form and confirm receipt with your agency. We will then determine if all access and assets have been received.

  • If any assets or access is missing, the Conduit team reaches out to notify your agency of the specific items before being able to proceed. Navigate to the Access section for details on how to do this for each platform. 

Tip: Grant Conduit access to all assets necessary to run the campaign before or right after submitting the IO to prevent any delays in the campaign's start date. Necessary access can be found here

 

All assets and access are received (Day 0)

  • The day Conduit receives access to all platforms and all assets necessary to run the desired campaign, your Conduit Account Manager will reach out to you to schedule the date of your 15-minute Kickoff Call.

Note: Kickoff Calls will be scheduled 2 full business days from receipt of all assets. Your Account Manager will do their best to accommodate times but please be aware that if access is confirmed in the afternoon of day 0 the Kickoff Call will be scheduled in the afternoon of day 2.

 

Analysts prepare for the Kickoff Call (Day 1)

  • A full day (day 1) is required between receiving all assets/access and the Kickoff Call to allow our analysts to properly prepare. 

Kickoff call (Day 2)

  • Your agency, your Conduit Account Manager, and all Conduit analysts that are managing your client’s account all attend the call. The analysts will have a list of strategic questions and guidance ready to be discussed in order to confirm we're in lock-step on KPAs and expectations. 

Note: Kickoff Calls cannot be booked on the first 3 business days of the month. 

 

The campaign gets built (Days 3 - 4)

  • On days 3 - 4, Conduit analysts will build the campaign and prepare the Launch Blueprint.

The campaign goes live! (Day 5)

  • The campaign goes live and the Launch Blueprint is delivered to your agency by your Conduit Account Manager.

Note:  If you selected 'approval required', your agency will receive the Launch Blueprint and all corresponding assets and ad previews on this day. The campaign will not go live until approved. 

 

The APP is sent to your agency (Day 8 or 3 days after LBP approval)

  • Your Agency Performance Panel (APP) is delivered to you by your Conduit Account Manager and added to the links section of your teamwork Account project, as well as the Home tab of your Agency Portal.  

 

CONTENT ONBOARDING TIMELINE (SEO AND SOCIAL CONTENT)

SEO and Social Content campaigns require an Audit before Conduit can run a campaign. The following timeline is for an Audit deliverable.

Insertion Order submitted 

  • The entire process starts when the Insertion Order is submitted by your agency.  Conduit will then retrieve the form and confirm receipt with your agency

  • Access is not required for Conduit to produce an Audit, however, there are required assets that need to be submitted with the insertion order for the timeline to progress. These include: 

    • Domain and competitor URLs.

    • Initial keywords to review/expand upon (SEO only).

    • Social channels/pages (Social Content Only)

      • We just need the names of the social channels/pages, not access to them

All assets and access are received (Day 0)

  • The day Conduit receives access to all platforms and all assets necessary to run the desired campaign, your Conduit Account Manager will reach out to you to schedule the date of your 15-minute Kickoff Call.

Your Account Manager will do their best to accommodate times but please be aware that if access is confirmed in the afternoon of day 0 the Kickoff Call will be scheduled in the afternoon of day 2.

  • A full day (day 1) is required between receiving all assets/access and the Kickoff Call to allow our analysts to properly prepare.

  • Your agency, your Conduit Account Manager, and all Conduit analysts that are managing your client’s account all attend the call. The analysts will have a list of strategic questions and guidance ready to be discussed in order to confirm we're in lock-step on expectations. 

Note: Kickoff Calls cannot be booked on the first 3 business days of the month. 

 

The audit gets built (Days 3 - 4)

  • On days 3 - 4, Conduit analysts will build the audit.

The audit is submitted with two proposals (Day 5)

  • A client-facing audit will be provided within Teamwork and will include two proposals (including target keywords from SEO).

A confirmation order is sent (Day TBD)

  • Once the audit is in your agency’s hands, your agency may submit the Confirmation Order, choosing one of the proposed packages if the client wishes to go forward with content.

  • (SEO Only) If the proposal or keywords require changes, there will be a back and forth period at this step while we await approval.

 

Launch day (Day TBD)

  • Should your agency and the client choose one of the packages and submit the Confirmation Order, Conduit will begin running the deliverables listed on the package on the agreed-upon date. A Conduit team member will likely request a Kickoff Call to confirm everything and determine start date and full or partial month deliverables.

  • Start time does not need to be the first of the month.
