What is the process for using Leadsie?

During your onboarding process, following the receipt of your IO, your Agency Account Manager or Agency Success Coordinator will reach out to you via Teamwork with a custom Leadsie access link to share with your clients.

The link shared with you during onboarding will have all channels included in one link to make gaining access as simple and streamlined as possible. However, if you’d like to proactively start requesting access to channels prior to submitting your IO you can share a prebuilt single-channel Leadsie link listed below. Just note that if you are onboarding multiple channels, and therefor sharing multiple links, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will be requested in each individual link.

What can the client expect when using Leadsie?

After sharing the Leadsie Link with your client, they will be prompted to log in to their existing accounts.

Once logged in they will admit access to admin@reporting.ninja, our white-label email address, follow through the few permission prompts, and then will click confirm. That’s it!

Troubleshooting Leadsie

In some cases, the client that receives the link may not have the appropriate level of access to share the assets. If they do not have the proper permissions, Leadsie will prompt them to share the link with an administrator, and in some cases may even list exactly who the administrator is.

In the event that a client does not have an existing account, Leadsie will prompt the client to make a new account via the same exact link you originally provided, requiring no additional effort from your team.
